Better Life.

Better Practice.

Helps you live your best story…in your life and in your practice.

Hi, I’m Cam Quayle, Founder of Better Life. Better Practice. I want to coach you and help you live the life you have always wanted. The fact that you are on this website tells me you are interested in writing a better story for your life. The idea of coaching isn’t new to me. I grew up playing sports. Playing through little league, high school, college and some time in the NFL I always had a coach helping me reach my highest athletic potential. I got familiar with and accustomed to the idea of being coached. I still have a personal coach. I meet with him every two weeks and he helps me go after my full potential and reach to higher levels in all areas of my life.

You are pretty familiar with coaches also. They are everywhere around us, we just don’t realize it. Danielson had Mr. Miyagi in the Karate Kid. Mr. Miyagi showed Danielson some basic principles to achieve great results. Po was coached by Master Shifu to realize who he was and defeat Tai Lung in Kung Fu Panda. Yoda taught Luke Skywalker to believe in things he didn’t think were possible. Look at the greats in any sport, any industry, any profession…they all had coaches. We call them by different titles; consultant, mentor, counselor, trainer and so on, but they are all coaches.

I want to help you live the life you have always imagined. I want to help you create the dental practice you love going to every day. I want you to have the focus, intention and vision you desire to create and maintain positive relationships, personal growth, a clear mind and excellent physical fitness. You can live a Better Life and have a Better Practice. Join me on your journey to pursuing your full potential.

"I have had the pleasure of working with Dr. Quayle in his philanthropic pursuits. I have been so impressed that he took a “sabbatical” from his private practice to help establish oral care for rural citizens of Guatemala. He has involved his entire family and inspired many people.

I think for me, the greatest compliment would be; would I trust the dental/oral care of my children to Dr. Quayle? Because of his sound moral character, his genuine nature and his excellent clinical skills the answer is most emphatically, without hesitation or reservation…YES!"

"I have worked with Cam and his teams and he has been an absolute positive force in my practice and life. Not only did Cam help me through difficulties as a new business owner, but he also helped me take a step back and ask important questions about why my business exists and what we aim to do as a company. His mentorship allowed me to create a framework and blueprint for my business that was instrumental in making sure we didn't just build a business, but deliberately built one that I am proud of. Cam's influence on my life and my business is something I am most grateful for."

"Cam, in a word, is inspiring. I have had the privilege of rubbing shoulders with him for nearly a decade and have walked away from each interaction; whether in his practice as an employee, a friend in his home, or co-humanitarian in Guatemala, inspired to be better and do more. He has a steadfast devotion to his family and he demonstrates confidence and exuberance in the life that he and Mandee have built. I have always felt like Cam has sincere interest in my goals and my desires for my life and has inspired me to reach farther, dig deeper, and put in the work to achieve. In his practices, he implements systems of proficiency, and has expectations for professionalism and respect, while leading with kindness and understanding. As a humanitarian, he does not see limitations but instead takes them as opportunities to break barriers and make good happen. As an individual, he focuses on daily tasks, small wins, that build and grow overtime to become spectacular successes. It is a privilege to have him as a mentor and friend."

"I consider him a great mentor and friend. Cam has shown me the importance of achieving a work-life balance and how pediatric dentistry could be the vehicle to help me get there.
His influence has helped me create a successful multi-location practice with associate doctors and systems that allow me to focus on my patient care. Cam will be able to help many pediatric dentists live their best life!"

"Dr. Cam Quayle took me under his wing and served as an amazing mentor. He taught me that by loving your patients and treating them as if they were your own kids, success would follow. His advice and clinical teachings have allowed me to build a successful pediatric dental practice with an amazing staff and patient base. In addition to what happens in the office, I have been inspired by Dr. Quayle to maintain a good work/life balance as it pertains to his love of the outdoors, fitness and always spending good quality time with the family. I have implemented this practice in my life, and it has helped me to maintain an enjoyable workplace and home life."

"Cam has helped me level up in all levels of my life. Most consultants just focus on the business. Not Cam – He is the total package! Not only has he helped me realize the secret sauce to my businesses success but he has helped me understand a balance in my life which had been neglected. With his program he has helped me identify areas that when changed, are literally changing my life and perspective. Rather than having the business and life control my future I’ve learned I’m in control."

"Dr. Cam Quayle has taught me to live life to its fullest. To be optimistic and never lose out on an opportunity. Once he asked me when I look back on my life what will stand out. Will my life’s movie be interesting to watch? Who will remember me? I have tried to copy his people interactions in my own life, in my dental practice and with my kids. I wish I was as good as he is at it but even falling short I know it has dramatically improved my relationships with people and how they feel about themselves after interacting with me."

"Dr Cam is as high energy, forward thinking, ambitious and motivated individual that you could imagine along with being a successful pediatric dentist. In fact, that is what makes his practices so successful. Dr Cam keeps his teams in tune with the practice vision by being transparent with them and cultivating an environment of trust and confidence. Talking with his team members, it was evident that Dr Cam had invested in them to help them buy into the practice philosophies and give as much effort as he did.
I also value his work/life balance as he has created many recharging avenues specific to him and his family away from the busy grind of pediatric dentistry. I highly recommend Dr Cam as a practice consultant if you are looking to grow your practice, infuse energy into your team dynamics and implement sound practice solutions that will increase profitability."
